Booking Answers

1.  How to make a booking?

•   Choose your hotel and select dates for booking step

•   Select your room type and number of room(s).

•   Select your bed type and number of adult(s) or child(s).

•   Review your booking detail.

•   Put your contact detail and click submit button for making a booking.

•   Make a payment with Paysbuy.com

2.   How do I know when the booking is confirmed?

•   After you have submitted your booking request and make a payment with Paysbuy.com, we

    will immediately process your booking with hotel availability within 24 hours (business days).

    Once your payment has been successfully processed and your booking is confirmed, we will

    email you the hotel voucher and payment receipt from Paysbuy will send to you automatically.

3.   How long does it take to get confirmation?

•   Within 24 hours (business days).

4.   What if the selected hotel is not available?

•   We will try to suggest alternative hotels by email without obligation until you confirm your

     acceptance.

5.   Do you charge a service fee?

•   No, we do not charge any a service fee or booking fee.

6.   What if I wish to extend my stay?

•   You may process a new booking on our website according to hotel availability or contact us.

7.   How do I check-in at the hotel?

•   You can check-in with the confirmation hotel voucher.

8.   What time can I check-in and check-out?

•   Check-in time is normally from 14.00 hours.

•   Check-out time is normally before 12.00 hours.

     If you want to early check-in or late check-out. The hotels can not be guaranteed. Please put

     your requirement when booking step or contact us.

9.   Can I book directly with the hotel?

•   Our website is special rates. If you book directly at the hotel, the rates may be higher than

     us.

10.  My flight is delayed, what happens to my hotel booking?

•   All hotel rooms will be held until 08.00 hours the following morning.

11.  How can I cancel my booking?

•   To cancel a booking please submit our cancellation form.

•   To amend a booking please submit our amendment form.

5.  When will my credit card be charged?

•    At the time that a reservation is made, we will preauthorize your credit card and hold the

     amount of total booking value while waiting for confirmation of your room. The credit card is

     not charged. If the hotel can not confirm the room, the holding amount will be released your

     money automatically. Your credit card will be charged for the full cost of your reservation

     when we confirm availability of your room. The Hotel Voucher for your stay will also be

     available at this time.

6.  Can I pay directly to the hotel upon arrival?

•   No, Our website is low rates, we require that bookings must be paid in advance to us

     before check in.

7.  When will I receive my refund?

•   Normally Refunds take between 7- 21 days.
